Product Description
Pleasant warmth outdoors that lingers
With a combination of excellent design, weather resistance, and strong heat output, the elegant IR 2000 C ceiling heater presents itself as the ideal solution for quickly heating private and commercial outdoor areas. Whether it’s a balcony, terrace, loggia, sales and exhibition stand, or a guest area in professional outdoor catering or hospitality – the infrared heat of the IR 2000 C, selectable in two heating levels (1,000 W, 2,000 W), effectively warms both covered and uncovered outdoor spaces. In the first heating level at 1,000 watts, one or the other heating element can be controlled by remote control, depending on which side should be supplied with pleasant warmth. At the second heating level with 2,000 watts, both heating elements provide intense comfort heat. No long preheating is necessary, as the heat develops immediately after switching on via the remote control or the power switch. For easy ceiling mounting, two robust steel chains with carabiner hooks are included, allowing the mounting height of the heater to be individually adjusted to the place of use. Two LED spotlights can be switched on if required to flood the surroundings with atmospheric light in addition to the heat. This saves additional lighting concepts and makes the IR 2000 C even more flexible in use.
More revenue in gastronomy and business
The IR 2000 C ceiling heater, splash-proof and jet-water protected according to protection class IP55, combines everything that catering professionals expect from an economical and safe heating solution for outdoor gastronomy. A fine mesh grille protects the two high-quality halogen infrared tubes (approx. 5,000 operating hours) from curious children’s fingers and accidental contact.
The housing of the energy-efficient heater is made of silver-coloured aluminium with black accents on the sides. With its modern design, easy operation (via remote control or power switch), and two-stage adjustable heating output, the IR 2000 C is recommended for uncomplicated use in restaurants, cafés, bars, food trucks, or at events. This allows the outdoor season to start earlier and ensures significantly increased revenue for longer.
Targeted warmth, precisely focused
The downward-radiated infrared heat of the 69 cm long IR 2000 C heats targeted areas of up to 15 m². Unlike conventional convectors, the IR 2000 C does not first warm the surrounding air, which is particularly inefficient outdoors. The especially pleasant infrared warmth is immediately absorbed and stored by the skin. Thanks to this principle of operation, the IR 2000 C heats noticeably more intensively and energy-efficiently than other heating technologies – also without unpleasant smells or noise.
Rainproof design guarantees safe warmth: Protection class IP55
Rain showers or dust clouds cannot harm the robust heater, as the high-quality aluminium housing is protected on all sides against jet water and dust ingress according to protection class IP55. This makes the IR 2000 C ideal for use in both covered and uncovered outdoor areas. Especially in professional gastronomy use, the weatherproof housing is a real advantage.
Hang up, switch on, done
The design ceiling heater IR 2000 C is ready for immediate use. For quick and easy ceiling mounting, two 50 cm long fastening chains made of robust steel are included in the delivery. Power is supplied via a 1.75 m long power cable with Schuko plug (CEE 7/7) for European sockets.
Direct warmth based on the principle of the sun
The halogen heating tubes of the IR 2000 C generate heat following the natural principle of solar radiation. And this is done particularly energy-efficiently, as a large part of the energy used is converted into direct heat. The surrounding air is not warmed; rather, objects and people in the immediate vicinity of the infrared heater absorb the radiant heat, store it, and emit it back to the surroundings as secondary radiation. The heat distribution is silent and without dust stirring caused by a fan, allowing asthmatics and allergy sufferers in the direct vicinity of the heater to breathe freely.
Summer temperatures, anytime and anywhere
With the IR 2000 C ceiling heater, you choose visible and tangible professional quality. The immediate heat development makes the IR 2000 C the optimal heat source for balconies and terraces, conservatories, catering areas, workshops, garages, and comparable open/semi-open areas.
The 2,000 W heater IR 2000 C impresses with a high-quality design and provides comparatively cost-effective instant heat – optionally with additional ambient lighting. The infrared heat unfolds immediately after you switch on the device. A completely pleasant feel-good atmosphere with targeted warmth and LED lighting outdoors. The IR 2000 C makes it possible!
Design tip: If you are looking for a visually matching standing heater to complement your IR 2000 C ceiling heater, we recommend the IRS 2010 model. Both infrared heaters feature the same stylish design and are the perfect combination for a visually uniform terrace or balcony heating. For gastronomy, the two heaters are the perfect pair to create a harmonious and appealing look in covered and uncovered outdoor areas.
