Preheating filter ensures perfect operation and is easy to start – even at low temperatures. The single-line oil system complies with environmental regulations in sensitive areas and increases safety against oil spills.
The digital control panel is designed to offer easy operation to the user. When a button is pressed, the LED is activated, and the same happens in case of any alarm. The 6-digit display shows various information including: supply voltage, hour counter or dedicated graphics to specific phases.
All important operating functions, such as faults and operating hours, can be read easily off the control panel. Due to the location of the control panel on the fan side, the components are extremely well protected against moisture and dirt (dust) from outside by an overpressure in the control box. For additional protection, a protective film can be fitted in front of the control panel (optionally available).
Logistic advantages due to a width of only 88cm the units require less space on construction sites and can fit through narrow passages Three oil heaters fit side by side on a truck (loading with offset wheels is necessary for this). The oil heater is equipped with side forklift lugs in the format 80 x 170mm as standard. This allows for flexible transportation on construction sites (mobile and mechanised). For transport by crane, the crane eyes are also included as standard equipment. The unit is protected against possible damage to sheet metal during transport and operation by side guards and front and rear brackets.

The K 160 oil heater is available with different fans (axial and radial). The K 160 model has a highly efficient axial compact fan. This type of fan has state-of-the-art fan blades. The special biometric shape leads to a reduction in noise and an increase in air performance and pressure. All fans comply with the current ERP 2015 efficiency standard.
