Compared to conventional heat radiators, the infrared heater IR 2570 S has only minimal heat loss and does not require operating materials such as oil, gas, or other fuels. This not only protects the environment! The surrounding air remains free from unpleasant combustion odours, and since the heater also operates without a noisy fan, no dust is stirred up. Simple use as wall-mounted or freestanding unit

The soft heat of the IR 2570 S, which feels particularly pleasant on the skin, is available immediately after switching on. The three-stage selectable heating output (850 W, 1,650 W, 2,500 W) can be controlled either via the control panel mounted on the side or via the supplied remote control. The heater, protected from all sides against dust and splashing water according to protection class IP34, is suitable for wall mounting in covered outdoor areas. The wall bracket required for mounting is already included in the scope of delivery. Optionally, the heater can be mounted on a telescopic stand available as an accessory and thus positioned even more flexibly as a freestanding model, which additionally increases the operating radius of the 900 mm wide heater – temporarily also in uncovered outdoor areas.

Programmed for maximum comfort: 24-hour timer

The 24-hour timer allows the heater’s switch-off time to be comfortably programmed in 1-hour increments. This means you don’t have to worry about turning off the device. The device switches off fully automatically and energy-efficiently after the preset operating time!

Direct heat based on the principle of the sun

The high-quality quartz heating element of the IR 2570 S generates heat according to the natural principle of solar radiation (infrared heat). And this is especially energy efficient, as most of the energy used is converted into direct heat. The surrounding air is not heated by the infrared heater; rather, the objects and people in the immediate vicinity of the heater absorb the radiant heat, store it, and also emit it back into the environment as secondary radiation. The result is an even and targeted heat distribution in the irradiated area, without cold spots.
