The TUNE-R for AHU devices is principally designed to be used as part of air handling units and fan systems to cover the airflow tuning and the airtight shut-off functionalities. The dampers can be used in indoor and conditionally in outdoor climates. They are equipped with an electric actuator that features a spring return to a closed position in the event of a power interruption. Manual operation and adjustment are also possible.\u00a0<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Available in different sizes, the dampers can operate in both directions of airflow. The air tightness of the dampers is classified as C4 according to the standard EN1751 in a pressure range up to a maximum of 1000 Pa. The product has an operating temperature range from -20\u00b0C\u00a0 to 100\u00b0C when installed in a duct, or to 50\u00b0C on an actuator. TUNE-R dampers have a galvanised steel sheet construction. The blade is equipped with a rubber gasket that eliminates leakage when in a closed position.
