DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The anti-vibration jack-up spring mount\u00a0Vibro-JS<\/strong>\u00a0is an advanced vibration\u00a0\"jr\"<\/a>control system for raised concrete floating floors.
\nVibro-JS<\/strong>\u00a0consists of a metal shell. Inside the shell a spring is placed, to absorb the vibrations. The poured concrete does not touch the supporting floor and so the sound bridge between the floating floor and the supporting floor is avoided.<\/p>\n

Why use<\/em>\u00a0Vibro-JS Jack-up Spring Mount?<\/p>\n

  1. It\u2019s very easy to install<\/li>\n
  2. Allows regulation of height<\/li>\n
  3. Helps to avoid the use of remaining plywood forms<\/li>\n
  4. Creates an air gap, which is beneficial for the sound insulation and the vibration control.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Isolate the floating floor from building structure, with a suitable anti-vibration board, between
    \nthe floating floor and the wall (e. g. Vibro-Strip).<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Place the Vibro \u2013 JS Jack-Up Spring Mount and its cover plate.<\/li>\n
    • Place reinforcing of the slab and pour the concrete. Calculations of the concrete\u2019s quality, adequate reinforcement and other requirements must be done by a Civil Engineer).<\/li>\n
    • Place the internal anti-vibration system of Vibro-JS.<\/li>\n
    • Screw progressively and uniformly the nut of the elevation mechanism, in order to load the springs and
      \nraise \u2013 regulate the concrete slab at the appropriate height.<\/li>\n
    • Place cover plate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Deflection: 25 mm (at maximum load).<\/p>\n
