The elastomeric element between the two metal profiles is a high-quality polyurethane vibration isolation foam, manufactured by the German company BSW under the trademark \u201cRegufoam\u00ae\u201d, available in different hardness.<\/p>\n<p>The elastometric foam can be produced in two thicknesses (25 and 37mm) in order to achieve better vibration isolation.<br \/>\nThe metal plates are protected from oxidation with polyester powder paint or upon request they can be hot dip galvanized.<br \/>\nRubber pads are added in both sides of the metal profiles in order to avoid any sound bridges. On the upper metal profile, there are two cylindrical axes coated with rubber to keep the wheel in place. The position of these cylindrical axes can be adjusted according to the diameter of the chosen wheel.
