The purpose of using this anti-vibration system is to increase the dynamic stiffness of the wall system. This limits the transfer of unwanted vibration to the structural part of the building.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">use<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0of this bracket prevents the creation of \u00a0sound bridge between two walls and\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">by<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0this way the sound insulation of the structural noise is achieved.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Its clever construction with the insertion of an intermediate metal element, allows the r<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">estraint<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0of both compression and tensile forces.<\/span>\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">Fastening it to the vertical stud of gypsum board \u00a0does not require the use of a passing screw, it is enough to use common self-tapping screws that connect it to the metal stud.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The intermediate anti-vibration element is made of semi-enclosed\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\"><strong>polyurethane foam (<a href=\"https:\/\/antivibration-systems.com\/product\/regufoam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Regufoam<\/a>)<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">There are different types of hardness and density grades suitable to cover a fairly wide load range. The different material densities are color coded for ease selection.
