Vibro TiLe<\/b>\u00a0is a versatile rubber anti-vibration tile, aiming at isolating the transmission of unwanted vibration from mechanical equipment and other sources.<\/p>\n

Vibro-TiLe<\/strong>\u00a0is a multifunctional anti-vibration tile made of\u00a0special composition rubber<\/strong>. Its innovative design was carried out by the R&D Department of ALPHA Acoustiki SA with a view to ease of application and the ability to cover a wide loading area. Due to its special shape, it offers a considerable retraction with the applied load. Thus, Vibro Tile achieves a\u00a0high percentage of reduction of vibrations<\/strong>\u00a0and shocks caused by the use of mechanical equipment (up to 85%).<\/p>\n In order to allow flexibility in selecting the required quantity, the product is available in 200x200mm order plates, comprising 16 base structural tiles. They can be very easily cut in pieces according to the specific needs of each application. They have specially shaped conical slots where M6-M8 and M10 passing screws can be easily fitted, and attach it to the machine. Tapered slots for floor fixing are also available (where required) by means of suitable fasteners.<\/p>\n Vibro Tile\u2019s original design\u00a0prevents the creation of sound bridges<\/strong>\u00a0even when passing screws are used for fixing. For even greater vibration reduction it can be used in multiple layers with the insertion of a suitable steel plate for a more even load distribution. \n<\/strong>In most applications\u00a0Vibro-Tile<\/strong>\u00a0can remain stable due to its increased friction (circular rings on its surface).
