Terms of acceptance of guarantee

congratulations! You have just purchased a MASTER product that is eligible for a 1 year warranty. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. MASTER guarantees the proper functioning of the equipment from the date of purchase provided that the product is used properly according to the user manual.

2. Warranty service and repair of any product, in case of compliance with the manufacturer’s requirements and norms, is performed on the territory of Georgia only in the authorized service centers of “Earsystem” LLC:

4. Please keep the proof of purchase for the entire warranty period, i.e. 1 year from the date of purchase.

5. MASTER sells products with a 1-year warranty.

6. Repairs must be performed by an authorized service center.

7. Please ensure that the product is well protected from any damage during transport.

8. Products damaged in transit do not comply with MASTER’s warranty procedures.

9. Equipment cleaning is not included in the warranty service. Cleaning fees are charged by each service point according to their price list.

10. The warranty does not include:

  • Mechanical damage to the equipment caused by the user or any intermediary who transports the equipment to the service point.
  • Due to damage or defects:
    – storage – in inadequate or inappropriate conditions,
    – lack of knowledge or damage by the user, damage caused by incorrect operation by the user,
    – Basic (electrical damage, fire, flood, liquid spillage, etc.),
    – Inadequate installation or installation performed in accordance with the user manual,
    – use of inadequate repair materials,
    – repairs performed by the user or other unauthorized persons,
    – Changes or construction changes,
    – transient voltages, incorrect voltage application and thunder or lightning storms,
    – Water damage.
  • Parts subject to normal wear and tear due to use, for example: nozzles, fuel filters and air filters, lamps, elements.

11. MASTER informs you that any repair performed by an unauthorized service voids our warranty. If an authorized service finds that any repairs have been made to the heater, the user will lose the MASTER

12. In order to fulfill warranty obligations, MASTER may directly or through authorized service points collect and process user’s personal data necessary for warranty service.

13. The warranty period extends from the time the equipment is submitted for repair. When replacing parts, the warranty for running parts is 3 months.

14. The warranty does not exclude, suspend or limit the buyer’s rights under consumer law.

15. The customer’s signature means that he has read the warranty card, instructions and terms, accepted them and gives his consent to them.
