DESCRIPTION

Vibro-MS is an anti-vibration mount with multiple free-standing springs. It is specially designed to have a low height (type L) and is very effective in low-frequency vibrations absorption. The Vibro-MS comes with a rubber profile that is attached at its base and acts as a sound break to increases the isolation efficiency in high frequencies, which could be transmitted through the springs. The springs are fixed with an innovative fastening system.

Vibro-MS Complex is a complex anti-vibration product, whixh consists of the Vibro-MS | Multi Anti-vibration Spring Mounts and the Vibro-EP | Floating Floor Supports.
This combination of spring and elastic pad ensures its effectiveness for a wider range of frequencies and thus makes it more effective in vibration control.
The elastic pad under its base acts as a better sound break and increases the isolation efficiency in high frequencies, that could be transmitted through the springs.

APPLICATIONS

Vibro-MS is used for low-frequency vibration control and especially in cases that the use of multiple springs is necessary for greater stability.

INSTALLATION

Locate each isolator Vibro-MS | Multi Anti-vibration Spring Mounts into position
Place the isolators in their proper location and attach the bottom plate to the building support steel or concrete.
Pass the upper screw M12 through tje appropriate hole of the equipement base. Tighten top nut to the equipement foot bracket in order to fix it using the M12 bolts.
Rotate the Vibro-MS as much as necessary to ensure the isolator mountings are accessible after mounting to the equipment. Alternatively, first fix the anti-vibration mount on the base using the appropriate M10 bolts, if the mounting holes are not accessible after mounting to the equipement.
