Qızdırıcı elementlərə birbaşa çıxış, eləcə də bütün elektrik komponentlərinin ucuz dəyişdirilməsi xidmət və təmiri xüsusilə asanlaşdırır.

Binanın boru şəbəkəsi (istilik sistemi) ilə birbaşa əlaqəsi hesabına EW 18-e istənilən yerdə quraşdırıla bilər və çox qısa müddətdə istifadə oluna bilər.
