Actuator Operated
S-SA1 dampers have an actuator without a spring. They have both an open and closed safety position.
Duct Installation
S-SA1 dampers are designed for duct installations that end with a grille. They are not suitable for wall or ceiling installation.

S-SA1 has both an open and closed safety position. Power is necessary to operate the smoke control dampers.
S-SA1 dampers have been designed for duct installations that end with a grille. They are not suitable for installation on a wall or a ceiling. The casing of the S-SA1 is made of galvanised sheet metal. The blades are made from calcium silicate boards with a silicone rubber gasket to prevent any possible leaks of smoke or heat.
